How to Apply

Applications for all grades may be submitted online or on paper.

Paper applications may be dropped off at the Main Office:

Currently on the Waitlist?

If your child is on the 2026–2027 waitlist, you must submit a new application for 2027–2028. This will not affect your child's current waitlist position.

Rising Tide's Primary Open Enrollment period opens in November and closes in February each year.

Important: Confirm Your Application

After submitting your application, look for a confirmation email from admissions@risingtide.org . If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact Admissions to confirm your application was received.

If you are applying for more than one child, that a new form for each child must be filled out.
